An AlfiGroup diversified holding company is looking for a Commercial Director.
Alfi Group is a diversified holding company that unites a network of leading enterprises in the construction industry of Russia. 20 years in the market, more than 20 production enterprises, and over 8,500 professionals in the team.
Due to the increase in the Holding's business units and ambitious development plans, a new position of Commercial Director of the Management Company has been opened. The sales department of 4 divisions is under management: cement, ceramics, construction materials, and paints and varnishes.
Key tasks:
- Channel Management: Development and implementation of sales strategy in all channels: B2B, B2C, DIY networks, traditional retail, distributors, e-commerce, export.
- Scaling: Expansion of brand presence in the regions of the Russian Federation and CIS countries.
- Pricing and Margin: Optimization of commercial terms, control of accounts receivable. Achievement of indicators for the group of companies: revenue, profitability.
- Product: Participation in the formation of the assortment matrix together with the marketing and production departments (introduction of new products, withdrawal of non-liquid assets).
- Team Motivation.
What we expect from you:
- At least 5 years of experience as a Commercial Director of a group of companies/Deputy General Director for Sales/Trading House Director (preferably in manufacturing companies, FMCG (non-food), with an extensive sales system: B2B, B2C, DIY networks, traditional retail, distributors, e-commerce, export.
- Successful cases of scaling and multiple sales growth in conditions of high competition. Real confirmed examples of implementing similar cases in a declining market over the past year.
- High speed of change implementation.
- Leadership: ability to inspire the team and personally close difficult negotiations at the executive level.
- Personal qualities: mindfulness, maturity, flexibility, adaptability, responsibility, ability to work at a fast pace and in a multitasking mode.
