Commercial Director (COO) with relocation to Ufa

A manufacturing and construction company with three sites and an annual revenue of 800 million rubles is looking for a Commercial Director / Sales Director. The plan is to reach 1.5 billion rubles by 2026 with further annual growth of 50% - 100%.

Responsibilities:

• Formation and implementation of commercial strategy
• Management of inbound and project sales departments
• Achievement and exceeding of annual plans for revenue, margin, and EBITDA
• Market analysis, search for new growth points
• Conducting key negotiations and closing deals with major clients (projects from 50 million rubles)
• Building a motivation and team development system
• Interaction with production, logistics, and finance to achieve common goals

Requirements:

• At least 6 years of experience as a Commercial Director in the manufacturing/construction sector
• Deep understanding of B2B sales, project, and inbound sales
• Strategic and operational management skills
• Experience in managing marketing and building effective teams
• Cases of exponential company growth
