We don't just need a Commercial Director. ❗❗❗ We need an entrepreneur who knows how to build a business with other people's money.

This is how I can formulate our client's request.

We are looking for a Chief Commercial Officer (CCO / CSCO) for a Russian e-commerce company that develops several product verticals with sales on Wildberries, Lamoda, and other online platforms.

Scale of the task:

• Several product verticals: fashion and consumer goods.
• Over 200 people in the area of responsibility: commerce, product, marketing.
• Direct management of heads of individual departments.
• Development of existing verticals and launch of new ones.

But the most interesting part here is not the scale.

We are not looking for a classic corporate CCO. We need someone

• who can simultaneously see the business from above and understand every number.
• Who remembers not only how revenue grew, but also at whose expense.
• How profitability changed, what happened to turnover, how much it cost to attract sales, and what decisions they personally made.
• Who can not only manage an existing business but also create a new one: find promising categories, launch directions, form teams, and lead them to results.

And, importantly, someone who knows how to manage not performers, but managers.

Who are we considering?

Commercial and General Directors of entrepreneurial companies, heads of fast-growing B2C businesses, founders and co-founders who have already passed the scaling stage.

And yes, we are willing to consider candidates from IT and technology startups.

Proven ability to understand new business models, build teams, and deliver commercial results is much more important.
