12 STOREEZ brand is looking for an E-commerce Director
Responsibilities:
Own E-commerce:
- Manage online sales through own channels (website, mobile app) in the Russian Federation, Kazakhstan, and Uzbekistan
- Be responsible for the channel's P&L: revenue, profitability, unit economics
- Be responsible for product development of digital channels (web, iOS/Android)
- Be responsible for the customer experience from first touchpoint to order fulfillment
Marketplaces:
- Manage sales on marketplaces in the Russian Federation and Kazakhstan (Lamoda, TSUM, and others)
- Be responsible for pricing and assortment strategy on marketplaces while maintaining brand positioning
- Be responsible for operational efficiency: content, logistics to platforms, analytics
Last Mile and Fulfillment:
- Manage the last mile of delivery for own e-commerce
- Be responsible for the quality of customer experience during delivery and returns
- Develop and optimize logistics processes
Digital Product:
- Develop digital products: website, app, personal account
- Formulate and prioritize the product roadmap
- Oversee omnichannel initiatives (online-offline synergy)
Candidate Expectations:
- E-commerce management experience of 5+ years, including 2+ years as a director of a department
- Experience managing a channel P&L of 3+ billion rubles
- Experience managing a team of 20+ people with multiple management levels
- Experience with marketplaces as part of a multichannel strategy
- Experience developing own e-commerce
- Ability to work with product development — ability to set tasks for the product team, prioritize backlog, evaluate results
- English language proficiency at B2 level or higher
- Strong commercial thinking: ability to calculate unit economics, make data-driven decisions
Will be an advantage:
- Experience in fashion/lifestyle or premium segments
- Experience launching or developing e-commerce in CIS markets (Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan)
- Experience managing last-mile logistics in e-commerce
- Experience building or transforming an omnichannel model (online + retail)
- Experience with international e-commerce launch or localization
