My colleagues from EPEKO (BRANDFREE), a leader in household chemicals and cosmetics, are looking for a Head of Global E-commerce — not just a manager, but a growth architect.

The company creates products trusted by millions. Leaders on Wildberries and OZON. Award winners. They support social initiatives. But now — they are expanding beyond borders.

Vietnam. USA. China as a production base. TikTokShop, Amazon, Shopee — as channels. Categories: household chemicals and cosmetics.

You don't need to "manage projects". You need to — build a system.

• Responsibility for P&L and unit economics — you see profit like a map.
• Scale not "by mood", but by data: what's growing, what we're closing.
• Build a team: who to hire, what roles are needed, how to make it effective.
• Work with logistics from China, CAC on Shopee, trends on TikTok — not theoretically, but in practice.
• You don't wait for instructions — you create them.

What's important:

• Experience managing international e-com / FMCG — not launch, but scaling (5x–10x)
• P&L — not a word, but the language you think in
• Hands-on: you know how to calculate margin when a product isn't selling, not just sit in Zoom
• Experience with China — a plus
