from 300,000 ₽
We are a fast-growing e-com company with our own brand. We operate in product categories with a focus on seasonal goods. Currently, the company is heading towards an annual turnover of about 1 billion ₽. Our particular pride is that despite the turbulent marketplace, we grow 2-3 times annually!
The company already has core functional blocks formed: sales departments, logistics, art direction, analytics, and other related functions. Despite this, the owner is still deeply involved in daily operations — down to controlling individual tasks, employees, and content.
Therefore, we are looking for a strong Operations Director who can take over the management of the business's operating system, rebuild weak processes, strengthen the team structure, and build the company's operations so that the owner can focus on business development rather than daily control.
Why this role might interest you:
- A business with a turnover of about 1 billion ₽ per year and further growth potential;
- Real area of influence: you can change processes, department structures, analytics, and the management system;
- The owner is ready to transfer operational management and not interfere with the operations director's work where it is not required;
- Quality product: we carefully select our goods for sale and develop content so that our products are pleasant to both sell and buy;
- The company already has digitization of all key processes and is developing its own analytics system;
- The team and owner regularly undergo training and monitor new market tools;
- The company is growing steadily even in challenging market conditions.

- Systemic approach, independence, and ability to make decisions without constant owner control;
- Experience working independently on marketplaces as a Head of Sales/Category Manager and experience with FBS will be a plus.
What will be included in the functionality:
- Planning of sales, profit, and key financial indicators, P&L management;
- Rebuilding and systematization of current processes;
- Restructuring of current sales departments into more functional ones;
- Management of sales, logistics, and art direction departments, building effective interaction between departments;
- Implementation of KPIs, regular management, and clear reporting;
