We are Sweet Dreams — a growing e-commerce company, developing sales on the marketplaces Wildberries and Ozon. We work in the categories of small home appliances, power tools, and 18+ goods.
Currently, the company has a small team, so we need someone who can not only manage an existing system but also build it from scratch.
What you will do:
🔹 systematize procurement and inventory planning; 🔹 build and implement business processes and regulations; 🔹 form a team for business scaling; 🔹 manage key performance indicators: P&L, profitability, advertising cost of sales (DRR), inventory turnover, unit economics; 🔹 optimize operational processes and identify growth areas; 🔹 launch new categories and products; 🔹 enter new platforms; 🔹 build a management system that will allow the business to grow without constant manual control from the owner.
Who we are looking for:
— 2+ years of experience in e-commerce / marketplaces; — team management experience; — experience in building and optimizing business processes; — solid understanding of P&L and unit economics; — experience in scaling a business or a separate division; — strong analytical and systems thinking; — independence and high responsibility for results.
Will be a big plus:
• experience with WB and Ozon; • MPStats / MarketGuru; • procurement and inventory management; • foreign economic activity / China; • launching new categories and products; • experience entering new platforms or markets.
💰 Conditions:
150,000 ₽ fixed + KPI Total income: 200,000–350,000 ₽
📍 Kazan — hybrid, 2–3 days in the office 🌐 Remote format possible with subsequent relocation
