About the Company
AS-Pharm is a company with its own production of cosmetics and wet wipes in Krasnodar. We produce products for dental, facial, and body care: from children's wipes with xylitol to prevent caries to professional cryolipolysis products (safe fat removal). Full cycle — own laboratory, own production, own brand.
Currently, on Wildberries, we have 38+ SKUs with an average rating of 4.9 and thousands of reviews. We operate using FBS, FBO, and the "Chestny ZNAK" system. We are looking for someone to take ownership of the marketplaces and elevate them to the next level.
Responsibilities
- Promotion and Advertising: setup and optimization of internal advertising on WB, A/B testing of hypotheses, metric tracking
- SEO and Content: semantic analysis, card optimization, creating briefs for designers, monitoring execution
- Analytics and Economics: unit economics, dashboards, analytics for new product launches, reporting
- Operations: inventory control, participation in promotions, competitor analysis, pricing
- Management: coordination of the operations specialist and designer
Candidate Profile
- 3+ years of experience with marketplaces: WB is mandatory, Detskiy Mir experience is a plus, Ozon — understanding of its platform is required
- Experience in ranking and maintaining top positions for product listings
- Experience with FBS/FBO and "Chestny ZNAK" products is mandatory
- Advanced Google Sheets skills (pivots, formulas, dashboards)
- AI tools — advanced level
- Deep understanding of unit economics
Conditions
Format and Schedule
- Fully remote work
- Schedule: Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM or 10:00 AM–7:00 PM (choice)
Compensation
- Base salary 40-50 thousand + KPI bonuses, totaling 120,000–130,000 ₽ per month
- Total 120,000–130,000 ₽ per month
- KPIs: operating profit plan, hypothesis plan, semantic/SEO/cover image plan
- Super Bonus: +50,000 ₽ for achieving 1.5x the operating profit plan
Employment and Onboarding
- Employment according to the Labor Code of the Russian Federation after the probation period
- Probation period — 2 months (can be shortened to 1 with successful start)
- Onboarding and training on internal regulations — from the Head of Department
