Trade Marketer for Marketplaces WB, OZON (VOIS brand)

We are looking for an experienced trade marketer who knows Wildberries and Ozon inside out and can turn advertising tools into real sales growth. We need a specialist who is well-versed in analytics and creativity, capable of effectively managing trade budgets and finding unconventional growth points. If you know how to generate hypotheses, test new promotion mechanics, and speak the language of numbers with the business — we will be happy to see you on the team!

What will you be doing?

• Developing and implementing trade marketing strategies to increase sales on WB and Ozon
• Setting up, optimizing, and testing internal media (contextual) advertising
• Analyzing the effectiveness of advertising campaigns, preparing reports with conclusions and suggestions
• Planning and coordinating products for participation in promotions (Hammers, Hero Products, etc.)
• Managing the trade budget (allocation, effectiveness control)
• Interacting with the internal team (sales department, marketing)
• Working with content: joint development with designers of visuals for advertising campaigns (banners, product cards for promotions, approval of advertising videos)
• Monitoring competitors and searching for new promotion opportunities
• Initiating testing of new WB tools and implementing successful solutions

What is important to us in you?

• At least 2 years of experience in trade marketing / performance marketing on e-commerce platforms (WB and Ozon are mandatory)
• Deep knowledge of Wildberries and Ozon back-offices
• Excellent command of Excel / Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables) and external analytics services
• Experience in managing trade marketing budgets, planning them, and controlling ROI
• Readiness to constantly test new hypotheses, keep track of WB/Ozon algorithm updates, and implement new tools before competitors
