Marketplace Manager (OZON)

Hello! This is Andrey Rechkalov, HR Director at Rich Brothers LLC. We are developing sales of household appliances on marketplaces and building a high-tech e-commerce company where decisions are made not on intuition, but based on numbers, analytics, and test results.

Currently, we are looking for a strong Ozon manager who will take over the management of the existing product matrix and be responsible for its development and growth of operating profit.

Why might this position be interesting to you? For us, a sales manager is focused solely on sales. You will not have to independently:

• create shipments;
• handle fulfillment;
• respond to customer reviews and inquiries;
• solve current operational customer service tasks;
• perform the work of a designer or content manager.

We have dedicated specialists for this. Your main task is to analyze indicators, find growth opportunities, manage advertising, prices, content, and increase the profit of the product matrix.

The main result of your work: growth of operating profit for the assigned product matrix. We are not interested in turnover for turnover's sake or the number of launched advertising campaigns. We evaluate the final financial result!

What you will be doing:

1. Finding growth opportunities for revenue, margin, and operating profit.
2. Managing prices, discounts, and participation of products in Ozon promotions.
3. Setting up, analyzing, and optimizing internal advertising.
4. Monitoring all the most important indicators of a product card.
5. Controlling inventory levels, turnover, and ensuring timely shipments.
6. Forming sales forecasts and supply needs.
7. Providing designers with clear and well-reasoned technical specifications.
8. Formulating and testing various hypotheses, making decisions based on the results of these hypotheses.
9. Monitoring the quality of customer service.
10. Maintaining regular reporting on key performance indicators.

We value testing speed, but we do not require launching hypotheses for the sake of quantity. Each test must have a goal, a deadline, a budget, a target indicator, and a clear outcome.

You are a good fit for us if:

• You have successful experience in increasing company profit on OZON from 0 to 500 thousand and above.
• You can confirm sales or profit growth with case studies.
• You know how the main important indicators of a product card and conversion are calculated.
• You know how and what these indicators affect.
• You can find the reasons for decreases and increases in sales and profitability.
• You are proficient with Google Sheets and large volumes of data.
• You can justify your hypotheses with numbers.
• You do not consider turnover growth as the key result.
• You are not afraid to make decisions and be responsible for the outcome.
