What you will do (Responsibilities):
- Brand launch from scratch: creating personal accounts, competent product listing, SEO optimization, and merging product cards.
- Work with documents and moderation: uploading state registration certificates (SGR) and declarations of conformity, passing manual moderation in the "Dietary Supplements" category without blocks.
- Control of "Chestny Znak" marking: work with electronic document management (EDO), formation of UPL (Universal Transfer Document), transfer of marking codes, and timely withdrawal from circulation.
- Advertising management: setup, daily management, and optimization of internal promotion tools (Ozon: Stencils, Search Promotion, Reviews for Points; WB: ARK). Strict control and reduction of advertising cost ratio (ADR).
- Analytics: work with analytics services (MPSTATS / Moneyplace). Daily monitoring of marketplace warehouse stock, calculation of unit economics, ROI, and net margin, control of localization index.
- Interaction with contractors: formation and control of supply requests for fulfillment.
Our requirements for the candidate:
- Mandatory successful experience working in Ozon and Wildberries personal accounts in regulated niches (dietary supplements, sports nutrition, cosmetics, or food products) for at least 1 year.
- Clear understanding of Ozon and WB ranking algorithms in 2026.
- Practical experience with the "Chestny Znak" system and EDO.
- Ability to work with large budgets, analyze numbers and tables, not just click buttons.
What we offer:
- Salary: fixed base salary from 40,000 ₽ (based on interview results and case evaluations) + percentage (%) of KPI / trade turnover / net profit. There is no income ceiling – we are interested in growing your income along with the brand's growth.
- Remote work format (be available during working hours from 9:00 to 18:00 MSK).
- A reasonable owner ready to promptly approve budgets for advertising tests and external marketing (bloggers, Telegram channels).
