The owner of the direction does not intend to disappear after the employee joins: during the adaptation period and if necessary, they will always be involved in the work. However, the operational management of Ozon will be entirely the responsibility of the manager.

What You Will Do:

• Independently manage the Ozon direction;
• Set up and optimize advertising, analyze conversions and the sales funnel;
• Work with product cards and find growth points;
• Track promotion effectiveness and make data-driven decisions, test hypotheses, and look for ways to increase sales;

At the start, we will hand over a few SKUs so you can calmly immerse yourself in the product and processes, and then the area of responsibility will expand.

Who We Are Looking For:

• Experience working with Ozon in the "Clothing" category — from 2 years;
• Understanding of advertising and promotion on Ozon, ability to analyze conversions and funnels;
• Ability to make independent decisions and be responsible for the result.
