Mandarin Decor is a brand of home decor and textiles: vases, planters, tableware, furniture covers, interior design items. We sell on Wildberries, Ozon, Yandex Market, Lamoda, and Zolotoye Yabloko: with over 600 items in stock, customers order an average of more than 35,000 items per month. We source products from China and Italy, and store and ship them through five fulfillment centers in three regions. We have our own analytics, daily control points, and AI agents in operation.
Currently, the work is remote, with occasional visits to fulfillment centers in the Moscow region. An office in Moscow is planned, but no decision has been made yet — we may remain remote.
Responsibilities
- Supply Chain: five fulfillment centers (SLA, inventory, claims), replenishment of marketplace FBO warehouses, delivery speed, returns; management of logistics and foreign trade logistics specialists.
- Systematic Management of Accounting, Document Flow, and Margins: inventory accounting and document flow in MoySklad, cost of goods sold, operational expenses in product margin.
- Business Processes: description, regulations, instructions, and checklists integrated into MoySklad and Bitrix24; measurement of end-to-end company processes and bottleneck elimination.
- Implementation of AI Control and Automation: AI agents check accounting, documents, inventory levels, expiration dates, and margins, and assign tasks themselves; backlog and priorities for automation, integrations, development of control points; digital transformation together with the owner.
- Team: recruitment through recruiting contractors, hiring, qualification assessment, onboarding; KPIs by role; tasks in Bitrix24 are brought to completion.
- Back Office and Expenses: contractors, contracts, legal support, payment control; actual vs. planned operational expenses, automation and development costs.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience managing operations in e-commerce with a turnover of 500 million ₽ or more per year, specifically on WB and Ozon.
- Experience managing two or more fulfillment centers or 3PL providers; understanding of warehouse accounting and cost of goods sold down to the document level.
- Experience describing and regulating processes that were actually used; implementing KPIs by role.
- Personal examples of automation with quantified results, ideally with AI agents; daily work with AI tools; ability to write technical specifications for integrators.
- Experience hiring and onboarding employees; managed back office operations for companies of 20–50 people.
- MoySklad or 1C, Bitrix24.
Conditions
- Salary from 250,000 ₽ net plus a bonus starting from the fourth month based on KPIs: accuracy of accounting and document flow, margin and logistics costs relative to revenue, impact of implemented AI control and automation.
- Employment according to the Labor Code of the Russian Federation, Voluntary Medical Insurance (DMS).
- Remote work, living in Moscow or the Moscow region; for the first three months — one visit per month to fulfillment centers in the Moscow region.
- Reporting to the owner; the team includes logistics and foreign trade logistics specialists, and an inventory accounting specialist will be under your supervision. Additional staff positions are discussed separately.
