You will work in the BDO (Business Development) department: the team is responsible for implementing the company's business strategy through managing IT projects and creating products for functional areas. It develops and adapts the company's business processes for entering new markets.

Project: improving the efficiency of goods movement chains

WHAT YOU NEED TO DO:

1. Formulate the vision and strategy for managing the efficiency of goods flow movement, as well as processes for minimizing losses, defects, etc.
2. Develop and implement tools for monitoring and controlling the timely delivery of goods to warehouses and stores (considering cross-docking, transit, direct shipments).
3. Analyze operational processes and identify areas of loss: damage during transportation, expiration of shelf life at the warehouse, excessive misassortment, picking errors.
4. Optimize transportation costs: select optimal logistics schemes, compare the costs of different types of transport, manage carrier tariffs.
5. Create a transparent returns economy: reduce reverse logistics costs, implement processes for sorting and reintroducing returned goods into circulation (with minimal value loss).
6. Evaluate the impact of your decisions on the cost per unit of product, inventory turnover, write-off levels, and the company's financial performance.
7. Manage the integration and development of electronic document management systems (EDO, EDI) with suppliers and buyers: automate the exchange of orders, shipping documents, reconciliation statements.
8. Ensure seamless operation with labeling and traceability systems: Chestny Znak, SPOT, NKT, GIIS DMDK, IS ESF — from receiving codes to removing goods from circulation, minimizing errors and fines.
9. Implement solutions for automatic matching of data from external systems (labeling codes, customs declaration numbers, serial numbers) with internal company accounting.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM THE CANDIDATE:

1. At least 4 years of experience as a Product Manager (in logistics, supply chains, or related fields).

Product Approach

1. Ability to independently formulate a problem, goal, and hypothesis, rather than just receiving ready-made tasks.
2. Ability to build a roadmap from business and user goals, not from a list of upcoming features.
3. Effective action in conditions of uncertainty, making decisions based on data, not subjective opinions.
4. Understanding of what constitutes the economics of a product and individual operations.
5. Understanding how to measure the effect of implementing a new tool: reducing write-offs, speeding up delivery, saving on each movement.
6. Ability to evaluate the effect of initiatives not only through "user convenience" but also through money, productivity, and operational metrics.

Logistics and Supply Chain

1. Knowledge of how logistics processes, cross-docking, inventory management, and supply chains work.
2. Understanding of supply documentation (TORG-12, waybills, discrepancy reports).
3. Understanding of how electronic document exchange with counterparties works (EDO, EDI).
4. Knowledge of the principles of operation of labeling and traceability systems: Chestny Znak, SPOT, NKT.
5. Understanding how labeling affects warehouse and logistics processes: receiving, storage, shipping, disposal, returns.
