Title: Product Manager (CIS) Company: Ozon Location: Moscow Experience: 3 to 6 years

We are looking for a Product Manager who will become a key link in the development of our business in the CIS countries. This role is for those who can delve into business tasks, who are ready to implement complex cross-functional tasks through IT, and are also ready to take on a leadership role in projects with a high degree of uncertainty.

What needs to be done:

• Launch new countries or launch new products in the CIS countries aimed at platform growth;
• On behalf of the business, form requirements for improvements in ERP systems, settlements with sellers and document flow, and other financial services;
• Coordination of work with IT, operational teams, lawyers, taxes: process design, requirements gathering, solution approval;
• Control of task implementation, from idea to implementation.

We are looking for a person who:

• Has implemented complex initiatives related to finance, ERP, or launching new business models;
• Knows how to design new launches and assess their impact on internal accounting systems;
• Knows how to manage projects in conditions of uncertainty and lack of information;
• Is ready to understand new and complex processes;
• Has experience as a Product Manager / Business Analyst (3-4 years).
