Product Manager (CIS Region)
We are looking for a Product Manager who will become a key link in developing our business in the CIS countries. This role is for those who can immerse themselves in business tasks, who are ready to implement complex cross-functional tasks through IT, and who are ready to take on a leadership role in projects with a high degree of uncertainty.
If you possess systems thinking, can identify growth opportunities and turn them into specific product solutions — we are waiting for you on our team.
What you will do:
- Launch new countries or launch new products in CIS countries, aimed at platform growth;
- On behalf of the business, formulate requirements for enhancements in ERP systems, seller settlements and document flow, and other financial services;
- Coordinate work with IT, operational teams, legal, and tax departments: process design, requirements gathering, solution approval;
- Control task implementation, from idea to deployment.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has implemented complex initiatives related to finance, ERP, or launching new business models;
- Can design new launches and assess their impact on internal accounting systems;
- Can manage projects under conditions of uncertainty and lack of information;
- Is ready to delve into new and complex processes;
- Has experience in the role of product manager / business analyst (3-4 years).
