Product Manager for the Statistics Team
About the team:
We are developing analytics tools for professional sellers on Avito. Our goal is to help sellers better understand the effectiveness of their listings and promotions, make data-driven decisions, find growth opportunities, and increase sales on the platform.
The team is currently developing several areas: listing and promotion effectiveness analytics, competitive analytics, recommendations and insights for sellers, listing portfolio management tools, and new paid analytics tools for professional sellers.
We are looking for a product manager who can deeply understand user problems and turn them into strong solutions. The team's main focus is launching paid tiers for advanced analytics tools.
Your responsibilities will include:
- researching user needs in analytics;
- formulating problems and finding solutions for them;
- designing and launching new analytics tools;
- determining which tools to develop for users for free and which to move to paid tiers;
- increasing tool usage and training sellers on working with analytics.
We expect you to have:
- at least 3 years of experience as a product manager;
- strong product thinking and the ability to start from a user problem, not from feature implementation;
- independently worked on a product from the initial problem signal to a full market launch;
- experience working with data and metrics;
- willingness to take full responsibility for task execution;
- experience in developing complex user interfaces.
Working with us means:
- the opportunity to influence a product that directly protects millions of users and ensures business sustainability;
- a high degree of autonomy and responsibility in decision-making;
- a stable and growing business without external investment, where each project pays for itself;
- the opportunity to realize your ideas in a project with a multi-million audience;
- powerful hardware, additional monitors, and everything you need for productive work;
- a transparent bonus system, a decent salary — the amount will be discussed at the interview;
- a personal training budget that can be spent on books, courses, and conferences;
- health care: from day one, you will have VHI with dentistry, and a therapist and massage therapist are available at the office;
- remote work and a wonderful office just two minutes from the Belorusskaya metro station: a panoramic view of the city center, quiet workspaces, and relaxation areas.
