In Wildberries&Russ, we are looking for a Product Manager (Wibes).
Wildberries and Russ United Company is an international technology company formed by the merger of two market leaders — IT company Wildberries and outdoor advertising operator Russ.
Wibes is a social platform with the ability to purchase goods from videos. It's a young startup in active growth, and this is your chance to influence product development from the very beginning. What you will do:
- Be responsible for the development of one of Wibes' areas and for the growth of key product metrics (GMV, RR, ER, time spent, CR);
- Generate and test hypotheses: come up with new features and improvements, conduct A/B tests, analyze results, and make data-driven decisions;
- Identify user needs: conduct in-depth interviews, user research, collect and analyze feedback;
- Research the market and competitors: study trends in social commerce, analyze similar platforms;
- Build strategy and roadmap: define development priorities with the team, manage the backlog and task scope;
- Work with the team and stakeholders: closely interact with development, design, analytics, and marketing; communicate with partners (Wildberries) and other stakeholders; defend product solutions with arguments;
- Analyze metrics and data: track user behavior, work with analytical systems;
- Implement product processes: build effective team workflows, manage the full development cycle from idea to release.
What experience and knowledge are needed:
- Experience as a Product Manager in B2C products for at least 3 years;
- Understanding of product metrics and the ability to draw conclusions from data;
- Ability to independently build effective communication with stakeholders, defend your position with arguments;
- Independence, initiative, and the ability to work in conditions of high uncertainty;
- Ability to speak the same language with all team members: development, design, analysts, etc.;
- Ability to identify MVP features and deliver them quickly.
