Product Manager at WB Club (CIS)

United Company Wildberries and Russ is an international technology company formed as a result of the merger of two market leaders – IT company Wildberries and outdoor advertising operator Russ. Our team is responsible for the creation and development of the "WB Club" product – a subscription for marketplace buyers. And now we are looking for a Product Manager who will develop Wildberries subscription in the CIS countries.

What needs to be done

• Be responsible for the growth of the paying base and revenue of WB Club in the CIS countries.
• Conduct and interpret A/B tests, analyze their impact on attraction, activation, and retention.
• Look for growth points in the CIS countries, taking into account local specifics.
• Formulate hypotheses, launch A/B tests and analyze their impact on key metrics.
• Interact with partners, provide support in working with clients (recommendations, tools).
• Search for and launch partner offers.

What experience and knowledge are needed

• 3+ years of product management experience, preferably in fintech, subscriptions, e-commerce.
• Deep understanding of subscription metrics.
• Experience with A/B tests: hypothesis formation, setup, analysis.
• Ability to interpret data, strong analytical skills.
