✅ Your responsibilities will include:
• Analytics and research: Deep market, competitor, and target audience analysis. Conducting quantitative and qualitative user research (surveys, CJM, feedback analysis). Independent insight mining from data.
• Product development: Forming development hypotheses, prioritization. Planning and conducting A/B tests. Monitoring product relevance and competitiveness.
• Working with teams: Clear task setting (specifications) for development, design, and marketing teams. Effective communication and deadline control.
• Metrics and optimization: working with product analytics ( Yandex.Metrica, AppMetrica, Power BI): building funnels, analyzing conversions, usability.
• Financial responsibility: Participation in product budget planning and control.
• Task planning: creating and updating the product roadmap, task setting using Agile methodology, and constant progress monitoring for timely goal achievement.
✅ Expected results from the work:
• Growth of primary conversion (first conversion).
• Increase in customer Lifetime Value (LTV).
• Growth of key product metrics and NPS (satisfaction).
✅ We expect from you:
• Experience from 2+ years in a Product Manager / Product Owner role in B2C e-commerce.
• Experience working with a website and a mobile app simultaneously.
• Experience with Yandex.Metrica and/or AppMetrica.
• Experience in independent task setting and writing specifications for development and design.
• Practical experience in independent building and analyzing CJM to find user growth points and pain points.
