Product Manager, Online Funnel M.Cosmetic
Hi there!
My name is Anya, and I lead the product direction at M.Cosmetic.
We have thousands of stores and an app through which people order delivery and pickup. The format is actively growing, and we are strengthening the product team.
I'm looking for a product manager who will take full ownership of the online funnel: catalog, search, product page, cart, checkout, payment, and what happens next — pickup, in-store delivery, order editing.
You will be working closely with the OMNI team and other central teams that own the platform and data. This role is about collaboration and negotiation, not about an isolated backlog.
What you will do
- Take responsibility for the entire user journey — from the catalog to the received order.
- Analyze the funnel and quantify the financial impact of changes.
- Validate hypotheses through research, A/B tests, and pilots — before development, not after.
- Develop pickup, in-store delivery, and order editing features.
- Deliver results to stakeholders in business terms.
What we expect
- E-commerce experience with a full consumer funnel — not just a piece of it.
- Mobile app as the primary channel.
- Experience working in a cross-functional environment where key systems are owned by adjacent teams.
- Analytical independence: build funnels yourself and know how to verify data accuracy.
- Discovery as a working tool: research, hypotheses, A/B tests.
Will be a plus
- Experience in beauty, drugstore, FMCG, or fashion retail.
- Experience at the intersection of online and physical stores.
What we offer
- Work in a cool team, where the best guys from Yandex, Ozon, Delivery Club, MegaMarket, and other top companies have gathered. Here you can not only work but also exchange memes on product growth topics.
- Freedom and autonomy – we believe that a product manager is a mini-CEO of their domain, so you will have the opportunity to influence strategic decisions, not just "do tasks".
- Real impact – see every day how your decisions change the business, not just wait for feedback for years. We quickly test hypotheses, launch features, and monitor their effect.
- All the necessary perks: IT accreditation, voluntary medical insurance (including dental), top-notch equipment, flexible schedule, corporate discounts, participation in conferences, and company-sponsored training.
- Great atmosphere – joint trips to conferences, outings to cafes and bars, and even online meetups for remote work enthusiasts.
