Required experience:** 3 to 6 years
Employment: Full-time, 5/2, remote work
You will be working in the BDO (Business Development) department: the team is responsible for implementing the company's business strategy through IT project management and product creation for functional areas. It develops and adapts the company's business processes for entering new markets.
WHAT YOU NEED TO DO:
- Formulate the vision and strategy for last-mile delivery development and translate it into a clear roadmap.
- Develop key delivery channels: own couriers, external courier services, pickup points, express delivery, click-and-collect, in-store pickup, own pickup points, external pickup points.
- Identify growth areas in customer and internal experience: where delivery can be made faster, more convenient, more reliable, and cheaper.
- Understand the "order to door" process: delivery planning, assembly, order handover, routing, courier operations, status updates, reschedules, returns, and customer communication.
- Design Customer Journey Maps (CJM) and user scenarios for both customers and internal users — logisticians, operators, couriers, warehouse staff, and service teams.
- Collaborate with designers and developers to transform user and business problems into understandable product solutions.
- Work at the intersection of product, logistics, operations, e-commerce, and IT.
- Negotiate with teams that have different goals and speak different languages.
- Independently identify problems and opportunities, formulate hypotheses, and test them with data and in the field.
- Understand delivery economics and assess the impact of product solutions on order cost, productivity, SLA, conversion, and customer experience.
- Prioritize your product's work with neighboring teams and the business: explain why a particular initiative is needed and what effect it will have.
- Build work based on the end result: first, define what we want to achieve, and then determine what changes and projects are needed for that.
- Regularly immerse yourself in real processes: communicate with couriers, logisticians, operators, warehouse, and service staff, and, if necessary, go through their journey yourself.
