Digital E-comm Product Manager at Detmir Tech
Detmir Tech is a team developing the digital ecosystem for the Detsky Mir group of companies. We create products for millions of customers and services that help the business operate faster.
We are looking for someone who will take responsibility for the development of a large product with a multi-million audience. You will define product development priorities, find new ways to create value for customers, and turn them into measurable results. This is an opportunity to influence the customer experience and the economics of Detsky Mir's digital services.
What we expect from you
- Over 3 years of experience in digital product management, including experience with mobile applications.
- Experience in e-commerce or products with comparable user scenarios and business models.
- Good discovery skills: identifying user needs, researching problems, and finding promising growth points.
- Confident work with product analytics: ability to formulate a hypothesis, select metrics, design an experiment, and draw conclusions based on data.
- Understanding of product economics and metrics, as well as the connection between product decisions and business indicators.
- Experience in achieving measurable business results and readiness to be responsible for the outcomes of decisions made.
- Ability to negotiate with the team and business, justify priorities, and unite stakeholders around product goals.
What you will be doing
- Defining product development goals and priorities, forming a roadmap considering customer needs and business objectives.
- Finding growth points through analysis of user behavior, funnels, feedback, and product economics.
- Conducting discovery together with analysts, designers, and UX researchers: from problem study to solution value validation.
- Forming and prioritizing hypotheses, selecting appropriate methods for their verification — from prototypes and pilots to A/B tests.
- Bringing solutions to launch: formulating requirements, developing user scenarios, and making key product decisions.
- Evaluating the impact of changes on product and business metrics, scaling successful solutions, and revising those that did not yield the expected effect.
- Coordinating decisions with related teams and business units, presenting results, and justifying further steps.
