We are looking for someone who will take on the development of a large product with a multi-million audience. You will need to define product development priorities, find new ways to create value for customers and turn them into measurable results. This is an opportunity to influence the customer experience and the economics of Detsky Mir's digital services.
What we expect from you
- Experience in digital product management of 1 year or more.
- Solid skills in working with data and product analytics.
- Understanding of product economics and key product metrics in e-commerce.
- Advanced knowledge of discovery tools and processes, as well as delivery processes and the product lifecycle.
- Ability to negotiate with the team and business, justify priorities, and unite stakeholders around product goals, and willingness to be responsible for the results of decisions made.
- Experience in e-commerce or products with comparable user scenarios, as well as experience in achieving business-significant results will be an advantage.
What you will be doing
- Define product development goals and priorities, form a roadmap considering customer needs and business objectives.
- Identify growth opportunities by analyzing user behavior, funnels, feedback, and product economics.
- Lead discovery together with analysts, designers, and UX researchers: from problem exploration to solution value validation.
- Formulate and prioritize hypotheses, choose appropriate methods for their verification — from prototypes and pilots to A/B tests.
- Bring solutions to launch: formulate requirements, elaborate user scenarios, and make key product decisions.
- Evaluate the impact of changes on product and business metrics, scale successful solutions, and revise those that did not yield the expected effect.
- Coordinate decisions with related teams and business units, present results, and justify further steps.
