Currently, a website on Flutter and a large mobile app for knitters (paid community with gamification) are being developed for us, and we are looking for someone to assemble and manage all of this. Need to create a CJM, define MVP in a short time.
🔸What we expect from you: – Product manager experience in e-commerce or retail for at least 3 years – Launched websites or applications that you can discuss with numbers – Understanding of both development and marketing: funnels, CRM, analytics, technical specifications
Desirable: – Experience in a business with both offline stores and online sales – Automation skills: no-code / low-code, n8n, AI tools – Understanding of creative audiences and communities
What you will be doing: – Analyze current business processes and customer journey (CJM), identify bottlenecks. Urgent, critical. The app is already being developed, but CJM is missing) – Determine what to automate first and describe it in technical specifications for the website and app – Manage the development agency and marketing agency: set tasks, accept work, control deadlines and budget – Build analytics: where buyers come from and what generates sales – Test growth hypotheses: repeat purchases, online sales, loyalty club
