An international e-commerce company in the premium home and interior goods segment is looking for a Product Manager who will work directly with the company's founder and be responsible for the development of the website and e-commerce product.
We need a self-sufficient specialist who can work with analytics, identify growth areas, formulate and prioritize hypotheses, set tasks for the team, and bring changes from idea to implementation and results evaluation.
Responsibilities
- Analysis of key e-commerce metrics and user behavior.
- Analysis of the sales funnel and identification of growth opportunities.
- Work with GA4 and Google Search Console.
- Analysis of the effectiveness of website pages, categories, and functionality.
- Analysis of competitors and best international e-commerce projects.
- Formulation, prioritization, and testing of product and growth hypotheses.
- Development of UX, customer journey, and website conversion.
- Development of requirements for new functionality and website improvements.
- Setting tasks for developers, designers, marketers, and other specialists.
- Monitoring task implementation, deadlines, and quality of results.
- Analysis of results after implementing changes.
- Work with CRM and customer data.
- Development and optimization of internal e-commerce processes.
- Search for new tools, technologies, and automation opportunities.
- Task management and prioritization within Kanban.
Requirements
- Experience as a Product Manager / E-commerce Product Manager / Growth Manager / E-commerce Manager or in a similar position for at least 2 years.
- Mandatory practical experience with international e-commerce.
- Proficient in GA4 and Google Search Console.
- Practical experience with CRO and SEO.
- Experience with CRM systems.
- Good command of Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Docs.
- Understanding of key e-commerce metrics: conversion rate, AOV, revenue, traffic, funnel, and others.
- Understanding of UX/UI and user journey principles.
- Understanding of how e-commerce websites work and basic web development processes.
- Ability to independently analyze problems, formulate hypotheses, and propose solutions.
- Ability to set clear tasks for developers and designers.
- Experience with task management systems and Kanban.
- Practical experience using ChatGPT, Gemini, Cursor, and other modern AI tools in work.
- English language proficiency at Intermediate / B1-B2 level or higher.
- Systemic thinking, independence, and attention to detail.
