I'm looking for a Product Leader who will stand by my side and take responsibility for two areas — customer experience and seller experience (each will have their own product owner). You will set the vision, strategy, and priorities and grow the team, rather than carrying both fronts single-handedly.

We bet on hypotheses, research, and quick tests, not on a three-month project roadmap. This is not "calm project management" – this is a role with real business impact, freedom of decision-making, and the prospect of growing into the owner of the entire ggsel product.

Who I'm looking for:

• Product experience in marketplaces / e-com / classifieds, with both buyers and sellers;
• Independence at the strategy level, not waiting for tasks;
• Product thinking, not project thinking.
