Responsibilities
We are looking for a Product Manager for a promising vacancy in a product and technical team responsible for monetization: ad promotion, advertising formats, and other revenue-generating tools.
You will be:
- managing the product domain related to monetization, forming the product vision and strategy for your domain, aligning them with the company's strategy and goals;
- managing the Discovery and Delivery processes within the team;
- launching new and developing existing services;
- researching the market, competitors, and users to find and validate new growth opportunities;
- forming and testing hypotheses;
- participating in requirements gathering and documentation preparation;
- managing the product and technical team;
- interacting with other product and technical teams and departments to achieve common goals.
Requirements
- 2+ years of product management experience;
- you are a leader capable of inspiring teams by personal example and product vision;
- you can set ambitious goals and achieve them successfully;
- you have a product mindset: you focus on user and business value, not just shipping features;
- you know how to work with hypotheses, data, and user research;
- you are familiar with product development processes and Agile methodologies and know how to work with them;
- you have strong analytical and strategic thinking skills;
- you communicate effectively;
- you can work in conditions of uncertainty;
- knowledge in the area of paywall optimization;
- ability to work with unit economics;
- if you don't know something, you are ready to learn it quickly.
Will be a plus
- experience working on a product in classifieds and/or e-commerce;
- understanding of the specifics of the Belarusian market;
- experience working with payments and payment systems;
- experience working with OKRs;
- experience launching and/or developing products involving a large number of departments.
