We are looking for a Middle+ Product Manager for the Order Experience team. The main focus of the role is to develop the user experience during the formation, checkout, and receipt of an order: from identifying growth areas and testing hypotheses to launching changes and analyzing their impact on key product metrics.
You will independently lead your product stream: form its vision and strategy for the next six months, find and prioritize hypotheses, bring experiments to results, and achieve OKRs together with the discovery/delivery team.
What you will be doing
- Formulate the vision and strategy for the development of the product stream for the next six months: collect and prioritize a backlog of hypotheses, confirm them with research, develop key hypotheses into ready PRDs, and defend the plan before stakeholders.
- Search for product hypotheses, evaluate their potential impact, and prioritize the backlog.
- Bring launched experiments to results: control their execution, analyze results, and make decisions on further development.
- Plan quarterly goals and participate in setting OKRs.
- Develop hypotheses for development: prepare documentation, work with designers and analysts, and support features during development and experimentation.
- Conduct user and analytical research.
- Be responsible for the key metrics of your stream: monitor dynamics, analyze dashboards, investigate anomalies, and work towards achieving target values.
- Make data-driven product decisions: build a metrics tree, select metrics for A/B tests, analyze experiment results, and assess cause-and-effect relationships.
What is important to us
- Product Manager experience of 3+ years.
- Strong discovery skills: the ability to independently find and test hypotheses, prioritize backlogs, assess potential impact, and develop solutions into a quality PRD.
- Full delivery experience: the ability to organize the work of a development team with a team lead, set priorities, control deadlines, and manage risks.
- Good understanding of product analytics: the ability to work with a metrics tree, select metrics for A/B tests, interpret experiment results, and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience conducting user and analytical research.
- Strong stakeholder management: the ability to build trusting relationships with employees of different levels, defend your position with arguments, and at the same time move towards business results.
- Responsibility and transparency in work: the ability to independently manage your stream and openly highlight problems and risks.
Why this is interesting
- We offer a broad area of responsibility and the opportunity to influence architectural and product decisions. We are also happy to discuss your initiatives and implement them.
- Unique culture – we have preserved the startup spirit while already establishing mature processes.
- We set measurable goals as a whole team and don't just achieve them "for show," but measure the effectiveness and overall impact of our work on the business.
- Work in teams of strong specialists where depth of expertise and engineering mindset are valued.
- Teams listen to and hear each other, acting as partners rather than executors.
What we offer
- Remote work from anywhere in the world or a cozy office in Tashkent.
- You can grow here on an engineering or managerial track, and we have regular performance evaluations.
- We pay at the level of top Russian market companies.
- Training and development – we support both internally and externally (meetups, conferences, professional training, publications). We also help develop personal brands.
- Base – a community of professionals with a desire to do great work. A pleasant bonus includes voluntary medical insurance tied to your location, training, and other perks.
