We are looking for a Senior Product Manager for the Inbound Fulfilment department. The team develops operational products that ensure the efficient operation of the marketplace's inbound product flow — from goods receiving to their placement in the warehouse.
The department's responsibilities include: counting and placing goods, processing returns from pick-up points, checking goods for suitability for resale or rejection, and returning goods to the storage warehouse.
What you will be doing
- Lead product discovery: identify growth areas, form and test hypotheses, prepare and defend PRDs.
- Formulate the department's development strategy and manage the team's product backlog.
- Develop operational products for receiving, placement, returns, quality control of goods, and other Inbound Fulfilment processes.
- Make product decisions based on data, metrics, and economic impact.
- Work with development, analytics, design, and operational teams to implement changes.
- Launch and scale changes aimed at improving the efficiency of warehouse processes, operational quality, and reducing losses.
What is important to us
- At least 5 years of experience as a Product Manager.
- Experience in logistics teams in companies with developed operational infrastructure.
- Experience specifically with WMS, OMS, warehouse products, operational systems, or products related to receiving, placement, returns, quality of goods, and other warehouse processes will be an advantage.
Why this is interesting
- We offer a broad area of responsibility and the opportunity to influence architectural and product decisions. We are also happy to discuss and implement your initiatives.
- Unique culture – we have preserved the startup spirit while building mature processes.
- We set measurable goals for the entire team and not only achieve them "for show", but also measure the effectiveness and overall impact of our work on the business.
- Work in teams of strong specialists where depth of expertise and engineering thinking are valued.
- Teams listen to and hear each other, acting as partners, not executors.
What we offer
- Remote work from anywhere in the world or a cozy office in Tashkent.
- You can grow here in an engineering or management track, and we also have a well-established regular performance evaluation.
- We pay at the level of top Russian market companies.
- Training and development – we support you both within the company and outside (meetups, conferences, professional training, publications). We also help develop your personal brand.
- Base – a community of professionals with a desire to do great work. A nice bonus – voluntary medical insurance tied to your location, training, and other perks.
