Title: Product Manager (CIS) Company: Ozon Location: Moscow Experience: 3 to 6 years

We are looking for a product manager who will become a key link in the development of Ozon's business in the CIS countries. You will be responsible for launching and optimizing business models and business processes in the area of financial and ERP products. This role is for those who love complex cross-functional tasks, can dive into the specifics of business models and ERP systems, and are ready to take on a leadership role in projects with a high degree of uncertainty. If you have a systemic mindset, can find growth points and turn them into specific product solutions — we are waiting for you in our team.

What needs to be done:

• Launching new products and services in the CIS countries aimed at Ozon's business growth;
• Describing the launched business models and business processes;
• Forming requirements for improvements to tariffs, calculations, document flow with sellers, as well as accounting systems;
• Coordinating the work of IT, operational teams, lawyers, taxes: process design, requirements gathering, solution approval;
• Controlling the implementation of tasks — from idea to launch;

We are looking for someone who:

• Has implemented complex initiatives related to the launch of new business models and business processes (experience with launches from the financial products and ERP systems side will be a plus);
• Can design new launches and assess their impact on related products and company processes;
• Understands the principles of accounting and the specifics of marketplace ERP systems;
• Can manage projects in conditions of uncertainty and insufficient information; Is ready to delve into new and complex processes;
• Has experience as a product manager / business analyst (2-4 years);
