Area of Responsibility:
Acting as an IT Business Partner in the B2C direction to build effective collaboration between business and IT in the implementation of digital initiatives.
- Business Partnership: Understanding the business context and key processes, identifying needs, shaping the target vision for digital initiatives, and participating in the selection of optimal IT solutions considering business goals, risks, and constraints.
- Managing the flow of business requests: Receiving, systematizing, and prioritizing IT initiatives, forming and managing a unified backlog.
- Balancing business priorities and IT capabilities, considering resource constraints during the formation and implementation of initiatives.
- Supporting initiative implementation: Monitoring timelines, key risks, and the achievement of expected business results; timely escalation of problems.
Required Competencies:
- Experience in a similar or related role at the intersection of business and IT for 3+ years.
- Practical experience in interacting with business units: gathering and formalizing requirements, translating business tasks into IT initiatives.
- Experience in managing a portfolio of IT initiatives / a backlog: prioritization, planning, coordinating resources and expectations.
- Understanding the lifecycle of IT initiatives: from idea and business case to implementation and impact assessment.
- Ability to work with limited resources and competing business priorities.
- Experience with Agile / Scrum or similar approaches - at the level of interaction with delivery teams.
- Communication and facilitation skills: ability to negotiate, manage expectations, explain IT capabilities and constraints to the business.
