A vacancy for a Project Director is open at the Sber2V IT company group.
Sber2V is a Russian developer of IT and AI solutions for business process automation, sales development, and customer service, which help companies successfully scale in the digital age.
They are looking for a product leader for 2 areas (website builder + marketplaces). In this role, they need someone who will manage the product portfolio as a business, be responsible for product metrics, strategy, and the customer acquisition funnel.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the backlog of two teams (15–20 people: developers, designers, analysts, testers)
- Set product goals and tie them to specific figures (number of clients, product load, MAU, DAU, LTV)
- Generate product ideas and form a development strategy for the areas
- Interact with the corporate bank — conduct procurements, work with regulations and deadlines
- Work with the acquisition funnel: cross-functionally with sales, onboarding, and analytics
- Inspire the team conceptually and control execution
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in e-commerce. Worked in the B2C/B2B segment, serving sellers on marketplaces or online trading platforms
- Experience managing 2+ product teams (10+ people)
- Deep understanding of product metrics. Ability to set goals and tie them to business indicators
- Experience working with corporate processes: procurement, regulations, interaction with banks
- Proactivity and leadership in product development: you build plans yourself, not just complete tasks
- Readiness for urgent and non-urgent tasks, ability to find common ground with different people
Will be a plus:
- Experience with marketplace integrations
- Experience working with the banking sector or financial products
- Mentorship and team development skills
