Resale startup THE CULTT wants to change consumption culture. Is it possible?
Resale startup THE CULTT specializes in reselling luxury bags and accessories. It was founded by Tatiana Ermakova, Daria Zosimenko, Maria Manaeva, and Anna Avtaykina in 2021. Before the resale platform, they were all somehow connected to fashion or business projects. Avtaykina was involved in developing media products for Yandex, Zosimenko worked as a personal stylist, Manaeva developed products at the adtech startup AstraLab, and Ermakova promoted the Russian swimwear brand "Pache". The partners themselves used similar services to resell items and realized that they lacked a selective approach and security on such platforms. The founders told Inc. We are currently looking for a Product Lead who will be responsible for the development of all company products – website, app, and internal product for employees. Together with the Development Director, you will develop the company's product strategy and roadmap, and lead the product team focusing on buyer and seller experience.
The role involves close interaction with key stakeholders and leads of related teams – marketing, sales, procurement, accounting – and direct influence on key business metrics: GMV, profitability, conversions.
