Responsibilities:
At Lamoda, we are developing the HR Tech direction, which supports the entire employee and candidate lifecycle for office and operational teams – from attraction and hiring to development, assessment, and support at all stages of work in the company.
The team is currently at the stage of forming the strategy and product vision for HR Tech, which will unite and systematize key HR processes and products, help form a target picture and development roadmap.
- Formulate the strategy and target vision for the development of products in your area of responsibility (stages of operational personnel management) and participate in the creation of the overall HR Tech strategy;
- Define the product architecture of solutions: develop and approve decisions on purchasing ready-made vendor products or developing proprietary tools;
- Research mass personnel processes and identify opportunities to increase business efficiency through automation;
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative discovery: interviews, surveys, corridor testing, data modeling, etc.
- Formulate and prioritize product initiatives in accordance with the development roadmap of the direction;
- Support the implementation of initiatives together with project managers.
We expect:
- Product Manager experience of 2+ years;
- Strong discovery skills: conducting research, identifying user problems, forming and testing hypotheses, creating CJM;
- Experience in participating in the formation of product strategy and development of internal corporate products will be an advantage;
- Experience in developing external products or internal systems for mass personnel will be an advantage;
- Basic experience or background in business analysis will be an advantage.
