Hi! We are looking for a Product Manager to develop internal HR-tech products.
Responsibilities:
— Develop internal HR-tech products: automate the collection and analysis of all metrics and visualize them through DASHBOARDS; — Conduct audits of HR processes, CustDev, study the market and best practices of HR automation; — Analyze HR metrics and provide feedback, generate product improvement initiatives; — Translate business needs into development requirements, manage the backlog, priorities, and deadlines; — Test functionality, train users, analyze metrics; — Interact with the development team, designers, and analysts; — Occasional trips to Distribution Centers (RC);
Our Candidate:
— Has 2–3 years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or head of internal digital products, experience with HR-tech products, personnel analytics, or HR process automation. — Has experience in developing internal platforms, automation systems, or corporate services and successfully implementing product improvements; — Knows how to research user needs, conduct interviews, form and test hypotheses; — Proficient in working with metrics and analytics, makes data-driven decisions, and understands the relationship between indicators; — Knows how to form product requirements, manage the backlog, and prioritize tasks; — Effectively interacts with developers, analysts, designers, and business customers, knows how to balance the interests of different parties; — Possesses systemic thinking, high independence, and the ability to achieve results in conditions of uncertainty.
