The Konsol.Pro job platform team is looking for a Product Director to help the company scale its product strategy, deepen its leadership, grow key business metrics, and confidently:
- Ensure business goals are achieved through product development
- Lead a team of product managers (currently 8 people) and product designers
- Systematically build processes for making product decisions based on data and user research
- Interact with the CEO, CTO, CMO, and other C-level executives to synchronize goals
- Develop a product thinking culture within the company
Candidate Expectations:
- Experience as Head of Product / CPO in technological or fast-growing B2B products (B2B SaaS is a plus)
- Successful experience launching products to market and achieving significant business results
- Deep understanding of user needs and data-driven decision-making skills
- Experience managing cross-functional teams
- Strong leadership qualities, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills
- Willingness to take responsibility for results
