Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy:
- Formulate and develop the company's long-term product vision;
- Define product strategy in conjunction with business goals;
- Manage the product portfolio and prioritize initiatives;
- Develop and update the product roadmap;
- Evaluate market opportunities, competitive landscape, and growth areas;
- Participate in the strategy for entering new markets, segments, and niches.
Product Team Management:
- Lead a team of product function participants;
- Establish clear processes within the SRO office;
- Develop a strong product culture based on data, hypotheses, and user value;
- Hire, onboard, develop, and retain strong specialists;
- Set up a system of goals, KPIs, and regular team performance evaluation;
- Product and metric growth.
Product and Metric Growth:
- Be responsible for key product and business metrics;
- Launch and scale product experiments;
- Identify growth opportunities in the product funnel and user journey;
- Increase product value for clients and end-users;
- Collaborate with marketing and sales to ensure product revenue growth.
Research and User Interaction:
- Organize systematic customer development work;
- Analyze client and user needs;
- Validate hypotheses through research, prototypes, MVPs, and experiments;
- Use qualitative and quantitative data for product decision-making;
- Ensure regular market feedback within the product team.
Interaction with Business and Technology:
- Work closely with the CEO, CTO, Sales, and other executives;
- Ensure a balance between business goals, user value, and technical constraints;
- Participate in strategic decision-making at the company level;
- Align product priorities with commercial, marketing, and operational goals;
- Collaborate with the technical team to manage technical debt, architectural decisions, and delivery speed.
Candidate Expectations:
- Experience in CPO, Head of Product, Product Director, or similar role for 3+ years;
- Experience managing a product team of 5–10+ people;
- Experience working in a product IT company;
- Understanding of the full digital product development cycle: from idea and discovery to launch, scaling, and optimization;
- Strong experience with product and business metrics;
- Ability to build a product roadmap and manage priorities;
- Practical experience in customer development, UX research, and hypothesis testing;
- Ability to make decisions based on data, not just intuition;
- Experience launching new products, major features, or directions;
- Understanding of unit economics and product financial indicators;
- Experience collaborating with engineering, marketing, sales, and customer success teams.
