What needs to be done
You will become the owner of the company's product strategy and will be responsible for the entire product portfolio lifecycle — from idea generation to commercial results.
In your area of responsibility:
- Development and implementation of a long-term product strategy;
- Creation of product portfolio architecture and determination of strategic development directions;
- Management of product assortment, lifecycle, and economics;
- Launch of new product solutions and withdrawal of unprofitable areas;
- Development of complex engineering systems and formation of the company's competitive advantages;
- Implementation of product analytics and data-driven decision-making;
- Management of marginality, pricing architecture, inventory, and investments;
- Building a modern product function and developing the team;
- Creation of an effective interaction model between commerce, production, procurement, finance, quality, and digital departments.

- Has successful experience in managing complex B2B products;
- Can think strategically and make decisions under uncertainty;
- Understands the relationship between product, financial result, and customer value;
- Is capable of building processes, not just managing them manually;
- Can unite strong technical and commercial specialists around a common goal;
- Is ready to abandon inefficient products for the sake of long-term business development;

- Structured cabling systems (SCS);
- Telecommunication infrastructure;
- Electrical engineering products;
- Building engineering systems;
- Industrial equipment;
- Technically complex B2B products.
