Your responsibilities will include:

• Strategic development of digital products, integration of IT solutions into existing equipment, development of an ecosystem to unite elevator equipment, irrigation systems, and trailer equipment.
• Market needs audit to identify necessary digital products.
• Consumer market research for potential integration into existing digital products.
• Development and implementation of digital platforms for equipment monitoring.
• Creation of digital services: applications for dealers, predictive maintenance systems for machinery.
• Data analysis for product optimization.
• Collaboration with production divisions for digital integration into new equipment models.
• Development of operational services: mobile software for calculating optimal irrigation settings, planning bunker loading.
• Team management, product roadmap: B2B marketplace, support chatbots, machinery usage analytics.
• Integration with client systems: API for accounting, maintenance recommendations.
• Analysis of customer feedback for product improvement, feature A/B testing.

Candidate expectations:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.

• Relocation to Voronezh is a mandatory requirement.
