Vacancy Chief Product Officer
Hello everyone :)
We are looking for a CPO for the Moscow office of a large company in the deep tech and autonomous systems sector. We need someone with experience launching products from scratch, a deep understanding of AI/ML, and experience with hardware solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Forming a unified product strategy for the company, focused on business goals and the technological roadmap
- Leading product teams, ensuring synergy between product areas
- Managing the product backlog, prioritizing initiatives based on their economic efficiency
- Product commercialization: monetization, competitor analysis, identifying new market niches
- Coordinating the launch of new products into commercial operation
- Developing product processes and methodologies, implementing best practices
- Analyzing key metrics, making data-driven decisions
- Finding a balance between innovation and the commercial effectiveness of solutions
Candidate Expectations:
- Over 8 years of experience in product development, including portfolio management in B2B/B2G segments
- Mandatory knowledge of technological trends (AI, IoT, autonomous systems) and understanding of their application in transport and logistics
- Successful experience in scaling complex technological products
- Deep understanding of SaaS business models, licensing solutions, and hybrid (hard&soft) systems
- Strategic planning skills, ability to build product roadmaps, evaluate unit economics, TAM/SAM
- Experience managing distributed product teams (50+ people)
- Ability to balance technological constraints and business goals
- Higher education in management, computer science, or engineering
