Tasks
- Optimize the portfolio to 20–30 target integrated hardware and software solutions, reducing SKUs by 50%.
- Establish a cycle from technical specification to payback, form a Product Roadmap.
- Manage P&L: calculate cost price, defend investment projects.
- Consider GOST standards and EMERCOM regulations, package products, and train sales.
- Result: solution expansion, margin growth, roadmap execution.
Requirements
- 3+ years as a Product Owner/Manager at an integrated hardware and software solutions vendor.
- Experience with engineering security and communication systems or industrial telecom.
- P&L and unit economics skills.
- Knowledge of EMERCOM/RSChS standards - a plus.
- Experience in product management in low-current systems, security systems, or engineering automation.
