A group of Russian technology companies YADRO is looking for a Director of Software Products for the Kvadra Ecosystem.
Kvadra devices, including modern and high-performance tablets, laptops, personal computers, and a wide range of accessories, are an important part of YADRO's product portfolio.
Responsibilities:
- Formulate and implement the software ecosystem strategy;
- Develop a monetization model for the software ecosystem and go-to-market strategies for B2B/B2G;
- Lead the launch and promotion of the software ecosystem;
- Ensure the obtainment and maintenance of all necessary certifications;
- Manage a team of product managers;
- Coordinate interaction with the hardware division, development, and other company divisions;
- Gather feedback from clients and stakeholders, prioritize products, and improve user experience.
Candidate Expectations:
- Strategic product vision and ability to create a roadmap;
- Experience launching software solutions in the B2B/B2G market;
- Ability to effectively manage a team;
- Skill in building collaboration with hardware divisions, development, and other business units of the company;
- Analytical approach to decision-making and task prioritization;
- Excellent communication skills and ability to establish productive relationships with stakeholders;
- Initiative, proactivity, and readiness to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Will be a plus:
- Experience in organizing and undergoing certification, ensuring compliance with security requirements.
