Product Director "FinOffice" / Product Manager (IT)
Prime Finance is an accredited IT company. We specialize in consulting and automation. We are developing our own product, "FinOffice" – a comprehensive modular solution for financial management tasks. We are currently strengthening our product function and are looking for a Product Director who will take responsibility for strategy, growth, P&L, and product-market fit.
About the "FinOffice" product:
"FinOffice" is a modular product line on the 1C platform: independent modules solve specific finance tasks (management accounting, budgeting, regulatory/methodology, reporting, etc.).
Focus: B2B, complex implementations, integrations, compliance with business requirements.
Tasks and Areas of Responsibility
1) Strategy and Product-Market Fit:
- Quickly immerse yourself in the product and become an expert in functionality, segments, and competitors;
- Formulate and update the product strategy and positioning (value proposition, segments, use cases, pricing logic);
- Ensure market and business alignment: analyze trends, competitors, customer requirements;
- Manage the roadmap: prioritize initiatives based on impact on revenue/profitability/retention/quality.
2) P&L and Financial Model:
- Full responsibility for the product's P&L and business model (revenue, cost of goods sold, profitability, unit economics);
- Build/update the financial model and monitor plan execution;
- Eliminate product "growth barriers": processes, sales, marketing, packaging, implementation, support.
3) KPIs and Delivery Cycle Management:
- Formulate product KPIs, ensure cycle completion and achievement of key results;
- Manage the delivery process with development: Kanban/flow, forecasting, release quality;
- Interact with stakeholders: sales, implementation, support, marketing, management.
4) Customer Research and Experience Quality:
- Conduct/organize custdev: interview scenarios, gather feedback, analyze negative reviews;
- Address product experience issues: documentation, onboarding, implementation, "time-to-value", support;
- Formulate a system of product metrics and "voice of the customer".
Candidate Expectations (Must-have):
- 3+ years of product management experience across different lifecycle stages (launch/growth/support);
- Experience with technically complex products (API, integrations, web technologies; 1C experience is a plus);
- Practice in managing metrics, prioritization, roadmaps, KPIs;
- Ability to manage cross-functional teams and negotiate with stakeholders;
- Independence, result-oriented approach, leadership.
Will be a plus:
- Experience with products on the 1C platform and understanding of implementations/ecosystem;
- Experience building P&L / unit economics and a B2B commercial model;
- Custdev skills, user research, negative feedback analysis;
- Experience with Kanban/flow in a development team;
- Successful IT product cases.
