Product Leader — CPO / CEO

We are an international IT company, developing SaaS, AI/ML solutions, as well as financial products for large transaction volumes for the USA and EU since 2017. We work at a high pace and grow rapidly, focusing on the global market. We already have over 10,000,000 users.

Responsibilities

— Be responsible for the formation and implementation of the go-to-market strategy — Formulate the roadmap and manage the backlog — with a clear link to business results. — Manage the product end-to-end: from user research and hypothesis validation to launching features into production. — Build interaction between development, design, marketing, and support. — Analyze metrics, competitors, user behavior, and translate them into concrete solutions. — Make decisions in conditions of high uncertainty and move fast. — If necessary — build and develop a team.

We expect

— From 6 years of experience in product management, preferably in crypto, fintech, or international SaaS. — Proven experience in product growth in the international market — ideally, if you have built something from scratch or worked with industry leaders. — Experience managing cross-functional teams of 10+ people. — Ability to work in conditions of uncertainty and make decisions without a complete set of data. — Experience working with stakeholders and communication at the founder level.
