Responsibilities:
- Creating the best product offering on the market for clients;
- Creating, implementing, and maintaining the product development strategy;
- Managing and developing product sales across all channels (online and offline);
- Achieving product sales targets;
- Monitoring best practices of competitors and leading global investment companies;
- Identifying target audiences and sub-segments;
- Formulating and testing product hypotheses to improve product metrics;
- Product monetization (increasing LTV);
- Identifying the needs and pain points of the target audience;
- Building customer journeys;
- Assigning tasks to teams for implementation.
Requirements:
- Higher education;
- Experience as a CPO or PO in an investment/brokerage company;
- Understanding of exchange and stock market operations;
- Good knowledge of product and business analytics;
- Proficiency in tools for working with existing product users;
- Strong people management skills;
- Sales skills, creation of unique selling propositions, digital marketing.
