Responsibilities:
- Define the functionality and expected business effect of each feature, agree on the release priority.
- Responsible for the integrity of solutions: new features do not break existing processes.
- Measure the actual effect after the release, separate what worked from what didn't, and adjust the plan.
- End-to-end process and customer journey.
- Responsible for the entire customer journey: from application to documents, through all systems, not within a single interface.
- Collect and finalize CJM, then keep it up-to-date and use it as a working tool for managing the development of the Personal Account.
- Define product metrics, initiate enhancements for their collection, and form reporting requirements for BI.
- Form a comprehensive picture of requirements for the Personal Account and negotiate integrations with owners of related systems: CRM, accounting system, BI in the future, etc.
- Be the party that defines what exactly the Personal Account needs from related systems.
- Participate in project management.
- Participation in planning, defining timelines and dependencies.
- Control over contractors, vendors, and internal / outstaff teams.
Requirements:
‼️- Experience implementing Digital Banking on the BSS Digital2Go platform.
- Experience managing a B2B personal account in the financial sector: implementation or participation in the implementation of a client account for legal entities, primarily in a bank, insurance company, or broker.
- Understanding of the specifics of B2B services and requirements for financial processes.
- Product thinking: ability to prioritize by business effect, formulate hypotheses, define metrics, and measure results.
- Practical experience in collecting CJM and designing end-to-end (E2E) processes through multiple systems.
- Experience managing projects with contractors and outstaff: managing timelines, dependencies, and result quality.
- Basic technical background to speak the same language with integrators and development.
