We are looking for a Financial Business Partner at T-Bank (formerly Tinkoff).
The Financial Partner team, which supports various business segments, is strengthening its ranks to tackle interesting tasks and projects. They help make management decisions by analyzing efficiency, controlling costs, preparing financial analytics, and participating in business plan development. They work with data, set up allocations, develop cost analytics, and generate reports to serve as decision-making tools for the business.
Responsibilities:
- Developing regular management reports for areas of responsibility, establishing expense allocation rules, and financial modeling.
- Creating financial models and forecasts.
- Advanced cost analytics for a business area: analyzing processes, developing metrics, and methods for tracking efficiency.
- Designing forms and dashboards for management reporting, providing actual financial and resource information to business leaders.
Requirements:
- Higher education in Economics or Engineering.
- Analytical mindset.
- Experience in building financial models of varying complexity with deeply developed drivers.
- Proficiency in financial statement analysis methods.
- Understanding of management reporting principles.
- Skills in budget development, performance monitoring, and variance analysis.
- Knowledge of basic IFRS reporting principles.
- Strong communication skills. Ability to translate financial information to related company departments and build interactions with external units.
- Ability to structure large volumes of information, present results clearly, and make presentations.
- Knowledge and experience using SQL or programming languages.
- Experience with Tableau, Anaplan, Atlassian will be an additional advantage.
