We are looking for a Financial Business Partner at T-Bank (formerly Tinkoff).
The team of financial partners supporting various business segments is strengthening its team to implement interesting tasks and projects. They help make management decisions: analyze efficiency, control costs, prepare financial analytics, and participate in building business plans. They work with data, set up allocations, develop cost analytics, and generate reports so that the business can use them as a decision-making tool.
Responsibilities:
- Formation of regular management reporting for areas of responsibility, development of expense allocation rules, financial modeling
- Development of financial models and forecasts
- Advanced cost analytics for the segment: process analysis, development of metrics and methods for tracking efficiency
- Development of forms and dashboards for management reporting, provision of actual financial and resource information to business leaders
Requirements:
- Higher education in Economics or Technical field
- Analytical mindset
- Experience in building financial models of varying complexity with deeply developed drivers for their construction
- Proficiency in financial statement analysis methods
- Understanding of the principles of management reporting formation
- Skills in budget development, performance control, variance analysis
- Knowledge of basic IFRS reporting principles
- Developed communication skills. Ability to translate financial information to related company departments and build interaction with external departments
- Ability to structure large volumes of information, visually present and demonstrate obtained results
- Knowledge and experience using SQL or programming languages
- Experience with Tableau, Anaplan, Atlassian will be an additional advantage
