Severgroup** Investment Group is looking for a Financial Business Partner.
You will oversee several companies within the Group operating in various industries (B2B, B2C) and act as a financial partner to the Shareholder.
Responsibilities include:
- Analysis of business financial performance and identification of reasons for deviations;
- Assessment of the quality of management decisions made by company leadership;
- Preparation of analytical materials and recommendations for the Shareholder;
- Analysis of strategies, budgets, and long-term business plans;
- Evaluation of investment projects and capital investment efficiency;
- Identification of opportunities to increase profitability, capital efficiency, and cash flows;
- Discussion of findings with the CEO, CFO, and functional heads;
- Development of unified approaches to management accounting and financial planning.
What we expect:
- Higher education in finance or economics;
- Over 5 years of experience in a leadership position in corporate finance or controlling;
- Experience not only in preparing reports but also in influencing business management decisions;
- Ability to analyze the enterprise's economics as a whole, not just individual indicators;
- Understanding of why the business earns a specific amount and what needs to be changed to improve efficiency;
- Ability to defend one's position before strong leaders and substantiate conclusions with data;
- Experience in the real economy sector (mechanical engineering, metallurgy, industry, manufacturing, energy, mining, chemistry, large B2B);
- Ability to use AI tools in work;
- English language proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
