Sber is looking for a Business Development Lead who will take on the role of a leader in attracting large corporate clients and developing reliable long-term relationships with them across the full spectrum of our financial and non-financial services.
You will play an important role in developing the bank's client base by managing high-quality deal execution and effective service for large and medium-sized businesses.
Responsibilities:
- Proactive search for promising partners among large and medium-sized companies and ensuring high-quality service
- Identifying client business growth potential through detailed financial analysis and formulating optimal financial solutions
- Interaction with beneficiaries - top managers of the largest Russian enterprises (turnover over 3 billion rubles)
- Organizing high-quality execution and support of deals with large and medium-sized business clients
- Generating quality reports and regular work with client data for strategic decision-making
Requirements:
- Higher education in finance, economics, or banking
- Practical experience of successful work with large corporate clients, including new business acquisition
- Knowledge of accounting, financial and economic activity analysis, tax accounting, company valuation, and asset pricing
- Understanding of the Russian Federation's legislative framework regarding lending to legal entities
- Ability to use neural networks in daily work
